We perform federal business taxes for C Corporations Form 1120, S Corporations form 1120-S and Partnerships form 1065. We advise you on how to maximize deductions. We perform State of Washington business taxes applicable to your business through the Department of Revenue.
Business bookkeeping- $200
Binti offers bookkeeping services to small businesses and supports clients throughout the year. We provide your business with tools to track your revenues, expenditures and determine your profits quarterly or annually as preferred.
Financial literacy classes- $150 for new clients
We offer financial literacy for African immigrants including taxes planning and compliance, financial analysis before taking a mortgage and retirement planning. We offer referrals to financial companies that offer financial services including life insurance and mortgage financing.
Registration and renewal of companies in Washington State - $150
If you want guidance on the best form of business to register and its tax implications, we are here to help. We assist with the actual registration with the Secretary of State. We offer resources for you to determine the required compliance for your form of business so you can use that as reference throughout the year. If you are required to file your annual report with the Secretary of State or renew any business license with the applicable government, you can reach out to us for assistance.
